Ms Sadia Sultan, from the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, is a Section Officer in the Foreign Trade Wing (Europe & Americas) at the Ministry of Commerce. Her responsibilities include carrying out bilateral and multilateral trade negotiations with Pakistan’s counterparts. She is also the desk officer for the implementation of the 27 UN Conventions linked to the EU’s Generalized Scheme of Preferences (GSP Plus). She has represented the State on behalf of the foreign importers in commercial trade disputes before the Commercial Courts. Before joining the Civil Service of Pakistan in 2017 as a Commerce and Trade Group Officer, she was an Advocate of the High Court in Pakistan with five years of litigation experience.
Ms. Sultan holds a Law Degree from the University of London.
