Ms Nada Morsy Elzahar, from Egypt, is a State Counselor at the Egyptian State Lawsuits Authority (ESLA). Her responsibilities include representing Egypt in investment arbitrations (before ICSID, PCA) and in international commercial arbitration. Her work involves drafting legal opinions and memorials and representing Egypt in hearings.
Ms. Morsy Elzahar holds a Bachelor of Laws (with honors) from Ain Shams University (graduating second in her class) and a French legal studies diploma from Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University. She also holds a Master II in International and European Business Law from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University (graduating third in her class). She has also participated in summer courses organized by the Hague Academy for International Law, the Paris & Africa Arbitration Academies, and Columbia University in New York.
