Mr. Mohammad Rabi Nabizada, from the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, is Director for International Trade Agreements at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce. His responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, and monitoring the implementation of bilateral trade agreements with Afghanistan’s trade partners. He is also responsible for defending his country’s rights and complying with the obligations under regional trade agreements such as the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) and the Economic Cooperation Organization Free Trade Agreement (ECOTA). His duties include ensuring that commitments under bilateral and regional trade agreements are consistent with the commitments under WTO.
Mr. Mohammad Rabi Nabizada holds a Bachelor of Law and Political Science Degree from Kabul University and a Master’s Degree in General Criminal Law from Kateb University in Kabul.
