ACWL hosts seminar on the WTO Appellate Body reports in United States – Continued Suspension of Obligations in the EC – Hormones Dispute (DS 320) and Canada – Continued Suspension of Obligations in the EC – Hormones Dispute (DS 321)
On 4 November 2008, the ACWL will host a seminar on the reports recently issued by the Appellate Body in the disputes United States – Continued Suspension of Obligations in the EC – Hormones Dispute (DS320) and Canada – Continued Suspension of Obligations in the EC – Hormones Dispute (DS321). The reports were circulated to WTO Members on 16 October 2008.
The seminar will be presented by the Executive Director and ACWL lawyers. It will take place from 13:30 to 15:00 at the ACWL's premises. A light lunch will be served from 13:00 to 13:30.
