Guide on "How to Use the Services of the ACWL" now available

The ACWL has published a manual to enable developing countries and least developed countries ("LDCs") make better use of its services. Entitled "How to Use the Services of the ACWL: A Guide for Developing Countries and LDCs", the Guide describes in the form of questions and answers how the ACWL is organised and how developing countries and LDCs can take advantage of the ACWL's legal advice, training opportunities and support in WTO dispute settlement proceedings. The Guide also explains how developing countries that are not yet members of the ACWL can accede to the Agreement Establishing the ACWL and become entitled to use the ACWL's services.

Hard copies of the Guide will be distributed to all developing countries and LDCs shortly. In addition, the ACWL expects to publish the Guide in French and Spanish in the coming weeks.
