Eleven law firms and four individuals applied to be listed on the ACWL's Roster of External Legal Counsel
The following law firms and individuals have registered their availability to provide their services to least developed countries and to members of the ACWL in the event that the ACWL is unable to provide support through its own lawyers due to a conflict of interest.

• certified that they have previously assisted a Member of the WTO in presenting its case to a WTO panel or the Appellate Body; and
• agreed to provide, on terms and conditions fixed by the Management Board, legal support in WTO dispute settlement proceedings to least developed countries and to Members of the ACWL.
The terms and conditions for external counsel are set out in paragraphs 4 and 9 to 11 of the Decision of the Management Board on External Legal Counsel.
